Croatia has a great number of unofficial naturist beaches and there is a general acceptance of nudity.Most non-promenade beaches have a naturist area, and generally these are as ever at the further away point from the entrance to the main beach.
As always, if you are not familiar, then only strip off when other around you have done the same.
