For a lot of this site you are required to register and login, you do this by clicking on the "No account yet? Create one" option on the bottom left. Then fill in ALL the details even if to start with it is just a small bit of text, you can edit it later.
Click Submit, and you will be sent an email immediately to the email address you specify.
On the email will be a link, click on the link to confirm your email is correct.
Now you can login with the username and password at the login box on the bottom left.
(Occassionally an error message appears after you click on the link, ignore this and continue to login anyway.)
