Being nude on the local beaches will mean a fine of up to 750 Euro, under a new City Hall ordinance
Officials in Cadiz decided that people can no longer go nude on the city beaches.
The Spanish Naturist Federation will be appealing as nudism has not been considered a crime under the penal code for the past two decades.
