Did you hear about the American who entered a British pub and asked for a Budweiser...
"Sorry. This is England, we don't have Budweiser over here."
"OK then, how about a Coors?"
"Nope. It's England here, and we don't have Coors either."
"Well, then, just give me the closest thing to American beer that you have."
So the bartender drew him a glass of iced water.
