Well, it could be anyday..... awake at 6ish, out of bed in my usual dress--Nude of course! Make a coffee, switch on computer sit and check emails etc...
Then to get my wife up out of bed, a cuppa, medicines and await carer to assist her bathe and ready for the day, she gets dressed but I dont.
Housework to do best done clothesfree, meals to cook, assist Maria eat and then do washing up etc, do some activities with her -- oh its Tuesday and i can get out for 3 hours as a carer comes in to sit with my wife... great, its fine and as long as its 10deg or above Im out at my fav spot a couple of miles away close by the M25 but with woodland and fields I can walk in just my shoes amongst the flora and fauna,oh thats lovely, refreshes the parts other activities cannot!
All too soon have to return home and then cook dinner and assist maria in eating and then a bit of a break, watch tv(nude of course!),get her to bed, finish house chores, look at computer and then to bed in my skin(who needs pj's?).
And then to sleep zzzzz!
