 | In the last lesson, we talked about the ITB resort in general and how to log in. Today, we will show you how to move around the resort. From moving around the resort, you should get the feeling of moving from different rooms or areas, finding a room that matches your "personality", you may find that others will also congregate in that room, like minds so to speak. Moving is easy, you will see a list of visible exits listed once you have logged in. These may be compass directions eg. North, South etc. or action directions eg. Through the door. To move in a direction simply type the direction eg. North and press enter. (On the java version, the most common directions can be selected from the drop down box. |
| If you prefer to type (it can be a lot quicker) then the computer will make it's best judgment if you use a shortened form of the direction eg. "Through the door to the gents" can be shortened to T . However, if in the same room there is a direction "Through the door to the ladies" the computer will take the first "T" direction on the list. Why not try logging in now and making your way to Le Bar. Once logged in, you should be in reception Choose to go East, this will bring you to the west vestibule, then choose East again, this will bring you to the East Vestibule, and finally go Through the Archway You should now see the picture above and you are "in Le Bar" - next time how to get that champagne! |  |
