We were in Faliraki from 4th to 18th October when temperatures were 85 to 110 f.On 17th there was a severe storm though not as bad as Crete.The taverna on Faliraki naturist beach had part of the roof torn off.Maria was going to try to stay open for the remaining 2 weeks of the season.The new shower & toilet block suffered no damage.The number of sunloungers on the beach has doubled since last year.On the days of our visits there were several hundred people on the beach.Most were couples,& a few families.There were hardly any single men.Most of the users were German or Dutch. We only met 6 British couples.Our appartment was 10min. walk from the beach.One of the Dutch couples were staying at our appartments & we all went nude on the balcony.Our neighbours raised no objections.It is our intention to return in April 2007 when a package will cost £145 for 2 weeks.
