If I am honest I have to say that one of the best things I ever did was decide to go naked. When I say that I mean naked outdoors because for years I had been naked at home whenever possible. I reached a point in life where I felt I had to do something to express myself and just be me - what better thing to do than be naked, just the bare me - what you see is what you get. I needed to be more comfortable with myself so I thought the challenge of being naked in public would be good for me. I have been to beaches mostly in Spain, but also in Ireland (no offical beaches). I have taken trips to woods and walked naked and when possible discreetly also in public places. I feel so free without clothes and I love it. I know we come in all shapes and sizes and being naked hides nothing...
