Welcome everyone,
May I first say a very big thank you for helping to support ITB as it heads into it's 3rd year. I will be later publishing the costs and details on what revenue support has been made, and as per the front page, ITB is guaranteed for the next year, and I am now talking to the hosts about the transfer to the larger server.
More importantly is now for you to steer ITB on the windy road to the future.
Here are some of the ideas and suggestions and I would love to hear your views, please even if your views are the same as someone elses, please make them known, and then I will follow the majority on what to implement.
1. Public currently have access to Weblinks, Naturist Information eg. Place to stay, and the Publicly available forum.
2. Members that have not supported, currently have the same access as before, but no access to the gallery pictures.
Should either of these be changed. Incidentally the galleries and pictures are the heaviest loaded bandwidth wise, and a typical photo of .5 Mb costs .25p to download, while a quarter of a penny doesn't sound like much, grab a calculator and you'll see how much if all 1315 users were to download it.
We have had suggestions about profile searching, are there any fields other than location and name that you would like to be able to search on?
Also should non-supporters be restricted to not being able to upload a photo on their profile?
Please do make your views known, and I'll get to work...
