We went to Menorca a few years ago and found many beaches where you could go nude - some quite remote, one absolutely beautiful - and one very accessible, Son Bou. Nice beach - walk far enough and you get to a definitely c.o. section - with the mainly gay section further along.
One or two undesirable-looking men prowling "harmlessly" along, but otherwise great.
The nicest incident involved a young man and women in a group. The youths were mostly nude and the girls were mostly topless. One young lady (about 20?) was wearing only a chain drooped round her waist, and she was being chatted up by one of the youths - it was so "innocent" - would have been totally different had she been wearing a brief bikini. Just showed how good it is to be totally nude. He really had to listen to her rather than wonder what she was like under the clothes.
Looking forward to going back to Menorca one year fairly soon - lovely beaches and total freedom on so many, specially if you are prepared to walk.
