There has been a purge on photographs on profile pics, due to continual abuse of the system.
If you are posting a profile pic, the whole purpose is that it is supposed to represent you, or your feelings, and if it is going to include your genitalia without face then the photo must be from neck, preferably chin , to knees, or preferably feet.
Any including face, or head with blurred face do not need to meet the knee level criteria.
