We stayed here for 10 days this summer (or what was meant to be summer!!) Carbeil is situated in Downderry, Cornwall and is near Plymouth.
We opterd for C based on reports from others. It is a small family run site offering a variety of facilities. These include camping/caravaning pitches, bar/cafe with meals, pool, hot tub/sauna, toilets showers etc. It is a 10 minute walk to a naturist beach and 15 to the nearest pub/shops. Our impressions were not great I'm afraid. this was partly to do with the weather...not there fault! and the tired appearance of the place. They are in the process of doing up the house which hosts the bar/cafe etc but we didn't go on holiday to sit with the builders and fitters. The pool area was unkempt and the pool itsself looked particularly uninviting. Whilst we didn't use it some folks who did reported the need for a shower!! Showers were 50p, something which bugs me, but the site fees were pretty cheap all round. There are several routes into the site but only one if you are towing or have a large outfit. Get it wrong at your peril!!
In fairness the site website has a slideshow indicating how it might be on a good day...which is pretty inviting. Once the work is completed and the seasonal focus is 100% on the site and its guests it may provide a great base for exploring the area.

In The Buff is a community site, which aims to promote the naturist cause. Members are a friendly community of natursts, that enjoy practising naturism either at home, on the beach, on holiday, or anywhere the fancy takes them. They may have been naturists for a week, a year, or their whole life. What brings all the naturists here together is the fun and friendship.
