As you may be aware one of Canada's oldest residential nudist parks is/has been sold by the owner, who recently has been told that he must give the residents (leaseholders) 1 year to vacate. However, the soon to be ex-owner has now said that residents must be clothed at all times as it would discriminate against non-nudists wanting to enter the site.
For those people that are members/residents of nudists clubs, it just might be worth checking what would happen if the land was sold, and what rights to continue the nudist lifestyle would be.
