So, once again, I'm confined to the great indoors for the winter and running up a huge heating bill. I do this every year and don't mind but I'd love to get out and about once in a while and socialise naked with like minded people. There is of course Starkers Club in London (www.starkersclub.co.uk) but I've not been yet because I've heard mixed reports. 'Mixed reports'.... there's a good term, are they mixed simply because the person reporting has a different outlook on the place than I do or is the place really sometimes awful and sometimes good? I'm beginning to think that it's the person reporting that is different and each venue can offer only what you expect or dont. Does that make sense?
Of course, there must be plenty of places to go but I'm afraid I'm in the dark as to where they are. There appears to be nowhere in London unless you don't mind people looking for sex all the time... unless you know better. Getting to know other naturists on here is strewn with problems as most (even if they don't admit it) are (understandably) cautious in meeting people. It's going to take a lot of time and messaging (or chat) to pluck up the courage to actually meet people.
Maybe I should book a holiday and go abroad? Well, it's that festive time again and things are more expensive than ever so I'm afraid that's out of the window.
Maybe I should get to know some people on here and actually meet them? I'm working on that but again, we have the caution associated with it so it may take a while and it may also be summer again before I actually do anything about meeting someone.
Oh well, I'll just have to wait and see... what comes along first, new clothes free friends or the summer.
