Nudefest 2010
Amazing ! Bohemian ! Awesome !
Just a few words to discribe my time at Nudefest.
Well every one Ive just come back from Nudefest and thought Id tell you all about it.This was my first time being in a large naturist event and cant belive how much I enjoyed it. The weather was fantastic all the time, it could not have been better ! There were many activities all day long from Ti-Chi, Yoga, singing around a piano, with the vollyball tornament being very competative dispite all of us being amatures at the sport. I tried yoga for the first time and found it fun, dispite me not being able to do some of the moves due to several operations on my groin. Mi-tunes in the main field by the main BN tent was very popular, with people playing their favourite music from their ipods throughout NF. I was pleased as they played my favourite music from lord of the rings. Though listening to Canon by Pachelbel whilst having lunch with not a cloud in the sky completly naked and at one with nature made me feel like I was in heaven !
The evening entertainment was great, a lady singer called Geri singing pop songs, a band called Rooster playing rock band music and a final disco. The dance floor was at all times completly packed, with every one dancing with each other, regardless of age, male or female or even if they knew each other, a truely friendly atmosphere that I cant ever imagin being replicated in a non nudist environment.
The staff there were fantastic and were completly lovely, with the shower blocks being very nice to use.
Every one was soo friendly the entire time it really was an eye opener to experience people treating each other with such openess and in such a positive way. I gess I spoke to 100 plus people when I was there, of all ages.
I have NEVER experineced anything like the atmosphere at nudefest in my life. It has been heaven being surrounded by like minded people in such a nice environment and I now feel sad that I have to be around people who do not share the benifits from social nudity and all that it gives people. With talk all ready of the possibility of increasing the event to one week I have already booked my place for next year.
Nudefest 2010 was a great time and I would recomend any one to go and enjoy it, you really wont be disapointed.

From the point of view of an experienced NudeFester (this was my third) I can confirm that it was bloody brilliant. Meeting new friends and catching up with old ones. And the weather! Best yet.
Now I must sort out my booking for Alton Towers.
The quiz? I said don't mention it. Ant is still gloating (he didn't win but his team beat my team).
I said you would have fun Matt.
BTW Steve, I think Matt is committed to go to Alton Towers as he has already promised me a drink.
Glad to have met you in the flesh, so to speak, Matt. I share all of your sentiments above. It was a fantastic few days! Try and make it to the Alton Towers event rather than wait until the next Nudefest. Similar in many ways but without the sun! Regards. Steve
Thanks for the report, really glad you enjoyed it so much - I did tell you, you would. Did the buffers manage to retain the pub quiz? We have won it for the past 3 years. Anyway, glad the weather was great for you all and that you found so many new friends. Green with envy here.

Glad you enjoyed the nudist experience. Just wish I'd been able to get down there myself. I suspect there will be many reports springing up here. Hope the Buffers enjoyed it as much as you did, Matt. Did you meet up with anyone from ITB?

Thanks Matt and Kev for posting photos of Nudefest. Shows you had a great time. Though, I think supporting the England team was taking it a bit too far in retrospect
