It's our 4th year! Amazing! Beachwatch 2010 at Studland Naturist Beach in Dorset.
Once again please join me on Saturday 18th September at 2pm to help my team of volunteers pick up litter and record the data for the Marine Conservation Society's annual project to save our seas and shores from pollution. Plastic bottles and wrappers are the main culprits.
A good day out\, bring a packed lumch\, suncream and a hat.
The last two years we have had sunshine and good weather at Studland in September.

We will be carrying out a survey and clearing litter from the beach from 11.00hrs on Sunday 19th.
The meeting point is the car parking area at the western end of the beach. We only need to wear sandals and gloves to satisfy the risk assessment. If you cannot get there until after 11.00hrs or need to leave before we finish that isn't a problem\, any help will be gratefully received. There should be plenty of to swim and sunbathe\, weather permitting !
Please reply or pm me if you can come so that I can get hold of sufficient litter pickers and other kit.
